Northwood Hills sits between Northwood and Pinner in the London Borough of Hillingdon, a suburban area built mainly in the 1930s when the Metropolitan line was extended. The streets of semi-detached and detached houses spread out from the station along Joel Street and the surrounding roads and the uniform building style of the era means the pest challenges are remarkably consistent across the whole area.
