The housing is a comfortable mix of Victorian terraces near the centre, Edwardian semis along South Ealing Road and some inter-war properties further out. It is a popular area with families and professionals and the well-kept streets and good Piccadilly line connection make it an attractive place to live. The pest picture here is shaped by the housing age and the proximity to green space and waterways.
