On the visits, Seamus arrived in a normal van with no advertising which I thought protected our privacy as to what his visits were to us.
A plan was put in place and fully explained on what would be involved and how many visits and costs.
The visits were planned around our availability and times so that helped our busy lives.

We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!
We used Liam before and he always seemed diligent and knowledgeable .
So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers.
My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey.
But sometimes you have to pay for experience.
I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners.

Mice and Rat Control
Since mice and rats are so similar in how they operate, they will be treated together. Squirrels are very different so will be treated separately.- What Causes an Infestation? Mice and rats need food and water to survive, so even if you keep your property spotless you may get an infestation if you have leaky pipes. They also require warmth so during the winter they may come inside simply to get away from the cold.
- How to Combat a Mouse or Rat Infestation. To get rid of the rodents, it will not only be necessary to eliminate the ones that are there but to prevent any return through making sure your property is properly secure, and that there is no food or drink available for them. In order to eliminate the rodent infestation, you can use either traps or poison. Poison has the benefit of being fast, while traps are useful for getting rid of them once they are dead.
There are of course products on the market which allow you to attempt these methods yourself, however mice and rats have grown wary of some pest control methods and it often takes a professional to use advanced techniques and knowledge to properly combat a rodent infestation.
Squirrel Control
Squirrels, sometimes called “tree rats”, are unlikely to cause as bad an infestation as mice or rats, since they will continue to get their food from outside your property, unlike rats and mice. However they can still cause a lot of damage to your property, usually through nesting in the attic. To prevent a squirrel infestation, as long as your roof is well secured (e.g. no loose tiles) then you should be okay. It also helps if there is no easy access to your roof (through overhanging trees, for instance).
Once you have an infestation however it is important to get rid of the squirrels before you go about securing your attic again. If you seal up the roof with one or more of the squirrels still inside, they will cause hell trying to make a way in and out again.
Of course they need not be nesting in your loft to cause a problem, they may be stripping bark off trees in your garden or digging up flower beds. No matter what the case, it's a good idea to try to get rid of the rodents as soon as possible.

Jacob first discussed the alternative ways of dealing with fox which was digging holes under fences and in the lawn.Jacob stopped the fox entering the garden by spraying. It still has not come back. His treatment was therefore successful. He was always pleasant to talk to.

All good except for weekend coverage. No one was available to put an animal out of its misery when a trap didn't work properly to dispatch the animal over a weekend.

From the first point of call and listening to my concerns and to the first visit, every thing was prompt & explained....
On the visits, Seamus arrived in a normal van with no advertising which I thought protected our privacy as to what his visits were to us.
A plan was put in place and fully explained on what would be involved and how many visits and costs.
The visits were planned around our availability and times so that helped our busy lives.
We had to have a bit more deterrent put in place after the initial plan had been tried but I felt the advice and cost was most acceptable...

We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!
We used Liam before and he always seemed diligent and knowledgeable .
So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers.
My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey.
But sometimes you have to pay for experience.
I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners.
As the world retired cost me almost two weeks pension money.
Again we trusted Liam so rather than shop around we placed our trust with Liam

For a stressful time of having an invasion of bird mites the team at Pest control were excellent, from idenitfying the mite we had, advice on imediate action and then a visit to fully spray the whole house. They were the only company to return my call in a timely manner and good value for money.
