Hill Hoath is a tiny hamlet deep in the Wealden countryside of Kent, sitting among farms and lanes in the rolling landscape between Lamberhurst and Goudhurst. The woodland around the hamlet supports grey squirrels that will move into roof spaces where trees are close to buildings. Hill Hoath is about as rural as it gets in Kent and the wildlife that comes with the farmland and woodland is simply part of everyday life. Keeping buildings in good repair and acting at the first sign of trouble is the most practical approach.
