Park Farm is a large modern housing estate on the southern edge of Ashford, one of the biggest developments in the town and home to thousands of families. The houses here are mostly built from the 1990s onwards, with cul-de-sacs, crescents and avenues arranged around a network of green spaces and play areas. The estate borders open farmland to the south and the A2070 to the east and this position between the built-up area and the countryside creates a steady flow of pest activity.
