All good except for weekend coverage. No one was available to put an animal out of its misery when a trap didn't work properly to dispatch the animal over a weekend.

From the first point of call and listening to my concerns and to the first visit, every thing was prompt & explained....
On the visits, Seamus arrived in a normal van with no advertising which I thought protected our privacy as to what his visits were to us.
A plan was put in place and fully explained on what would be involved and how many visits and costs.
The visits were planned around our availability and times so that helped our busy lives.
We had to have a bit more deterrent put in place after the initial plan had been tried but I felt the advice and cost was most acceptable...

We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!
We used Liam before and he always seemed diligent and knowledgeable .
So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers.
My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey.
But sometimes you have to pay for experience.
I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners.

There is some good news when it comes to dealing with hornets over wasps though. Even though most people are more scared of hornets than wasps due to the difference in size, it has been seen in experiments that hornets are actually less aggressive than wasps. They are less likely to attack you. By no means do we suggest you test this out of course, it's best to give them as wide a berth as possible, but it's useful to remember. And certainly you should make sure you stay away from the nest.
If you have a number of hornets in your house or garden, then there is going to be a nest nearby. They are going to want the nest to have some protection, so there are a number of places they may go such as the roof, under a tree, in a shed, etc.
It is not necessary to actually visually locate the nest however, and you certainly should not get too close to it since that is one situation when hornets are likely to attack. To locate the general area of a hornets' nest, all you need to do is find the location that the hornets are gaining access to it. This might be in a gap between tiles on a roof, a hole in your shed, or a number of other places.
The best way to find it is by watching a hornet which is returning to the area, as they are sure to go back to the nest quite quickly. You will know it is the nest because there will be a lot of activity there.

All good except for weekend coverage. No one was available to put an animal out of its misery when a trap didn't work properly to dispatch the animal over a weekend.

From the first point of call and listening to my concerns and to the first visit, every thing was prompt & explained....
On the visits, Seamus arrived in a normal van with no advertising which I thought protected our privacy as to what his visits were to us.
A plan was put in place and fully explained on what would be involved and how many visits and costs.
The visits were planned around our availability and times so that helped our busy lives.
We had to have a bit more deterrent put in place after the initial plan had been tried but I felt the advice and cost was most acceptable...

We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!
We used Liam before and he always seemed diligent and knowledgeable .
So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers.
My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey.
But sometimes you have to pay for experience.
I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners.
As the world retired cost me almost two weeks pension money.
Again we trusted Liam so rather than shop around we placed our trust with Liam
