Sandown is a traditional seaside resort on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, sitting in a bay between the chalk cliffs with a long sandy beach and a pier. Bed bugs occasionally turn up in the hotels and holiday lets, spread by the steady flow of visitors through the season.
