Matt advised us well and is happy to come back if the squirrels or similar should reappear over the autumn. Currently they have vacated the roof space and there appears to be no way for them to get back in. Our loft has also now been totally cleared which is how they were discovered. We will monitor the situation. I would recommend Matt whole heartedly! AOKR Kent

We had a major issue with wasps that had nested in the cavity below our roof. The specialist pest control guy advised of the best treatment, and after one treatment the whole issue was eradicated. He offered to come back and do another treatment free of charge after 7 days if the problem hadn't completely gone, but it was all fine. Such a quick service, great value and the team were so friendly and efficient.

Matt advised us well and is happy to come back if the squirrels or similar should reappear over the autumn. Currently they have vacated the roof space and there appears to be no way for them to get back in. Our loft has also now been totally cleared which is how they were discovered. First visit ok but still had wasp activity so I called and got another visit. Still more wasp activity but no response when I asked for a further visit. I guess I’ll put the £100 I spent down to experience and get another firm to finish the job. Update - one of the senior team contacted me and very kindly refunded my monies. Great recovery!

We had a major issue with wasps that had nested in the cavity below our roof. The specialist pest control guy advised of the best treatment, and after one treatment the whole issue was eradicated. He offered to come back and do another treatment free of charge after 7 days if the problem hadn't completely gone, but it was all fine. Such a quick service, great value and the team were so friendly and efficient.
