We got an excellent service that helped us moving to the next step with the landlord without paying hundreds of pounds. The only downside side was that their phone was not working well and the communication was cut off several times during the conversation and made it difficult but managed to make the appointment. Please fix your phone!

We used Liam before and he always seemed diligent and knowledgeable . So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers. My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey. But sometimes you have to pay for experience. I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners. As the world retired cost me almost two weeks pension money. Again we trusted Liam so rather than shop around we placed our trust with Liam

I found this service very good. The guy offered me an appointment within 24 hrs and dealt with the wasp nest efficiently. I was told to call him if there were any issues as sometimes two treatments were needed but I did not have to do this.

On the second visit, he sealed up mouseholes and checked the poison, which indicated that the mice were still a problem. He then suggested an optional third visit, to which I agreed. On this visit, he removed the poison trays and found the mice now seemed to have been exterminated. I was happy to pay £108.00, as agreed, for the first two visits, but rather taken aback when the third visit cost the same. I'd expected to pay a lot less for that, as it involved a lot less work, as far as I could see. So, though I was pleased with the outcome, I was disappointed with the overall cost.

So when we had a rodent problem I called him and asked for his advice which we took and had Liam carry out the fitting of some sewage pipes rat blockers. My only concern was it turned out to be a little pricey. But sometimes you have to pay for experience. I only wished the company offered some form of discount for long standing customers and pensioners. As the world retired cost me almost two weeks pension money. Again we trusted Liam so rather than shop around we placed our trust with Liam

On the second visit, he sealed up mouseholes and checked the poison, which indicated that the mice were still a problem. He then suggested an optional third visit, to which I agreed. On this visit, he removed the poison trays and found the mice now seemed to have been exterminated. I was happy to pay £108.00, as agreed, for the first two visits, but rather taken aback when the third visit cost the same. I'd expected to pay a lot less for that, as it involved a lot less work, as far as I could see. So, though I was pleased with the outcome, I was disappointed with the overall cost.
