Brighton is a city squeezed between the South Downs and the sea, with everything from Regency squares and Victorian terraces to modern apartment towers and sprawling suburban estates. The density of housing, the sheer number of restaurants and bars and the constant flow of visitors all add up to a place where pests have plenty to work with. Rats are the headline issue.
